Help with accessing ESR

ESR is managed by the organisation you work for and there is an ESR system administrator there who will be able to help you.

You can use the Find your ESR system administrator link below.  Please ensure you type the full trust name.

If there are no contact details held, we suggest you try your trust intranet for information about ESR support, or contact the HR department.

We have provided some self-help guidance below, which you may wish to try before contacting your system administrator.

Logging into ESR for the first time

If you are a first time ESR user and have not been given your ESR username and password, then please contact the ESR System Administrator at your organisation for assistance (see the further assistance section for details of how to do this).
