By collaborating closely with the Supplier, we will help organisations make the most of the Future Workforce Solution - maximising functionality, adoption, and the long-term benefits it can bring.

Alongside this, we continue to support User Organisations in realising the ongoing benefits of the ESR solution. Through expert guidance, educational resources, and targeted functional support, we help organisations optimise their current workforce solution while preparing for the future.

Building Strong Engagement and Collaboration

The Readiness & Implementation team plays a key role in building connections and ensuring collaboration across the wider NHS community. We bring organisations, partners, and stakeholders together through governance and engagement forums that promote shared learning, transparency, and alignment with the goals of both the ESR Service and the Future Workforce Solution Transformation Programme.

Working alongside the Supplier, we help raise awareness of the Programme's vision and progress, fostering strong and lasting relationships with User Organisations and other key partners. Through ongoing communication and engagement, we encourage active participation and support organisations in fulfilling their roles throughout readiness and implementation.

The team also helps the wider Programme manage important external dependencies, ensuring these are understood and built into readiness and implementation planning. By maintaining these links and partnerships, we help create a joined-up approach that supports success across the entire NHS system.
