Payroll Dashboard

This dashboard is designed to provide the user with intelligence around payroll data, specifically deductions and allowances. Analyses are available which detail information regarding net pay comparison, gross and net pay of assignments over a period of time, age analysis, rehires, assignments not worked, minimum wage, recalled leavers, payslip messages, pay balances, payment methods, BIK and many more.

Pensions Dashboard

This dashboard is designed to provide the user with intelligence around employees pension information.  Multiple analyses are available which show Assignments opted IN to the NHS Pension Scheme, Pension Data Extract Matching, Pension Banding information, Local Pension elements and IAT Pension Override Dates.

Change Event Log Dashboard

The Change Event Log dashboard enables users to audit changes made in ESR. The dashboard returns the values changed along with who made the change and on which date. Tabs are available which report changes including employee, assignment, online payslip views, element entry, pay as well as NI and Pensions.

Element Entries Dashboard

This dashboard is designed to provide the user with intelligence around Element Entries.  The dashboard includes analyses on Element Entries by Assignment, Element Entry combinations, Payments due to expire, Element Entry Updates and Batch Element Entry Messages.
