Finance and Commercials Team - ESR Hub

Our Finance, Commercials and Service Assurance team:

• Ensures the compliance of the ESR contract by the Supplier and take necessary action to resolve any commercial issues.
• Is accountable for financial management and the production of the financial advice and information of the ESR Service.
• Manages the assessment and negotiation of proposed contract changes and assist in the negotiation of any Service Level Agreement changes with the Service Provider, whilst preserving the commercial integrity and value for money of the ESR Contract.
• Ensures the effective management of Service Level Deliverables with the Supplier as contained within the ESR Contract, by undertaking routine Service performance and assurance reviews.
• Co-ordinates and monitors Supplier business continuity activities, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled.
