ESR Release Schedule - ESR Hub

These elective changes have been allocated to the specified release on the basis of successful design, build, and test.  Final detail of release content will be published in the relevant Release Notice and Guide to Enhancements which will be available in the Notifications section of the ESR Hub.

Release 66.3 - November 2025

• Transaction Monitor to be added to Payroll Audit and HR Management URPs
• New subjective codes:  NHS6592 - Academic Clinical Fellow (ACF) and NHS6593 -Peer Support Worker Band 5
• Date Last Awarded to be added to the Compliance and Competence section of the Talent Profile

Release 67 - December 2025

• Ability to report supervisor email address at current date rather than enrolment date
• Remove Workflow Notifications following the termination of an Applicant record
• Review and confirm before moving a class that is part of renewable Learning Certification to history

Release 68 - March 2026

• Additional Learning and Certification data items to be included in ESRBI
