ESR Release Schedule - ESR Hub
This page provides information about the ESR release schedule such as dates of forthcoming releases and details of elective changes that have been allocated to releases. Documents related to the elective change process are also shared here.
These elective changes have been allocated to the specified release on the basis of successful design, build, and test. Final detail of release content will be published in the relevant Release Notice and Guide to Enhancements which will be available in the Notifications section of the ESR Hub.
Release 67.3 - February 2026
- New subjective codes
- Update to Apprenticeship Framework/Standards EIT values
Release 68 - March 2026
- Additional Learning and Certification data items to be included in ESRBI
- Generate hyperlink functionality will be added to the course form
- A new process will be provided to enable employees to produce ESR-verified statements to confirm employment and salary details
- Employee picture field will be added to ESR BI
- Remove Terminated Secondary Assignments from Hierarchy
