ESR Release Schedule - ESR Hub

These changes have been allocated to the specified release on the basis of successful design, build, and test.  Final detail of release content will be published in the relevant Release Notice and Guide to Enhancements which will be available in the Notifications section of the ESR Hub.

Release 64.2 - April 2025

• Reference to opt out of printed payslips - references in employee self service and professional forms will be removed.
• Update to apprenticeship list of values

Release 65 - June 2025

• National Workforce Dataset - update to version 3.6
• Notification changes for Physician and Anaesthesia Associates - notifications will be sent to a new role holder rather than the Medical Staffing role holder
• Change to Total Rewards Statement - statements will be amended to enable view of alternative scheme benefits for those who are eligible under the McCloud remedy
• Socio-economic background recording - a new national portlet for the MyESR dashboard will be available to enable employees to record responses to the socio-economic background questions.
